Displaying Groups in Inquiry and Prospect Status

The groups in Inquiry and Prospect status are displayed on the Group Rooms Control screen. This would help users to follow up with these groups and encourage them to book reservations at their properties. Previously, only groups in Definite, Tentative, and Cancelled status were displayed.

• The following accordions can be used to view the details of the groups in Inquiry and Prospect status:

  • Inquiry: Displays groups in Inquiry status

  • Prospect: Displays groups in Prospect status

  • The accordions are displayed in the following order:

    • Definite

    • Tentative

    • Cancelled

    • Prospect

    • Inquiry

• The Status filter can be used to filter groups based on the following statuses:

  • Definite

  • Tentative

  • Cancelled

  • Prospect

  • Inquiry

• When users hover on the group name in Inquiry or Prospect status, the information about the group is displayed.

• When a user exports the group details, the groups in Inquiry and Prospect status are also included in the exported CSV file.
